Festival volunteers are generally the Cathedral members. They prepare long in advance for many hours in order to help put on the Greek Festival. Please thank them for their efforts! Food orders can be placed a week in advance of the festival. Cuizine discriptions below.

Greek Festival A La Carte Cusine

Baklava - Layered walnuts, honey in filo pastry sheets.

Dolmades - Tender grape leaves filled with rice, herbs and spices.

Fasolakia - Greek-style beans blended with onions, tomatoes and spices.

Galaktobouriko - A melt in your mouth filo-topped custard torte.

Greek Salad (Salata Eliniki) - Greek Salad, Crispy lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes and onions garnished with olives and feta cheese. The way Greeks make it!

Gyros - Seasoned lamb & beef in a pita pocket with lettuce, tomato & onion and topped with Tzatziki Sauce. (Tzatziki sauce is a blend of yogurt, cucumbers, olive oil, lemon, dill, garlic, salt and pepper.)

Loukoumades - Greek style doughnuts dipped in honey and sprinkled with cinnamon.

Moussaka - Hearty casserole with layers of eggplant, potatoes, meat sauce and cream sauce.

Pastichio - Baked casserole with layers of macaroni and meat sauce topped with cream sauce.
